Naomi Campbell is already on the path to hitting (literally) all her goals this year. The supermodel, 53, gave her Instagram followers a glimpse into how she celebrated the start of 2024: A killer boxing workout.

On January 2, Naomi showed off her impressive skills in the ring with a series of images and videos. In the first few pictures, she's posing fiercely with black boxing gloves on. Then, the videos show her throwing some hard hits with her trainer.

"HAPPY NEWYEAR MY PANTHERS WISHING A JOYOUS , POSITIVE AND ACHIEVING ALL YOUR GOALS IN 2024 ❤️🎊💃🏾 . STARTING IN GYM , @thekamaniclub WITH THE PEOPLES CHAMP @anthonyjoshua HEALTHY MIND , BODY & SOUL .. 😘😘," she wrote in the caption.

Fans of the supermodel cheered her on in the comment section. "Naomi you are pure beauty, strength, lasting power & inspiring!" one follower said, while another commented, "🔥🔥🔥🔥 go girl."

One person was even inspired to get back in the gym, writing, "Ok! This is the motivation I needed to get back to the gym 😍🥊 Happy New Year 🥳."

While Naomi is naturally blessed with beautiful features (look at those cheekbones!), she works hard to achieve her chiseled abs and toned legs fit for the runway. In 2021, she took Instagram followers through her intense workout routine that consisted of high knees and kicks, medicine ball squats, planks, arm lifts with TRX bands, and a boxing sesh with her trainer.

Exercising wasn't exactly Naomi's forte before she started working with her trainer, Joe Holder, a few years ago.

She shared the fitness routine that altered her opinion on exercise to her YouTube channel in a series called #BeingNaomi. "I've never liked working out before I started working out with Joe," she said in the video. "I don't like everything he makes me do, but it's not about liking it. It's about attacking the body in different parts and conditioning."

Holder told Vogue that while Naomi's legs get her up and down the runway, it isn’t the only reason he has the supermodel focus on toning and strengthening them. "If you can really concentrate on movement patterns in these areas, it works your body harder while having a circulatory effect that activates the lymphatic system to get rid of cellular waste," he explained.

Her leg workouts consist of glute-activating exercises, like bird dogs and fire hydrants, and weighted moves, such as deadlifts.

Naomi also shared with British Vogue that the workouts that challenge her to be quick are her favorite, such as jump roping. "I like the ones that get my heart rate up, but I understand the importance of the ones that are more slow and burning and conditioning and tightening," she said.

In the video interview, she also explained that her workouts start with warming up her soft tissue before diving into some full body moves: hip bridges with a resistance band, hamstring bridges, ab block holds, toe touch-crunches, and exercises using a weighted ball. She also cools down from her workouts with a light stretch before ending in a shavasana (a.k.a. "corpse pose" in yoga).

Keep on crushing it in 2024, Naomi!
