Actress Zazie Beetz gave us a peek into one of her favorite moments of Paris Fashion Week: Preparing to sit front row at the Acne Studios show. For the special event, her glam team included mononym hairstylist Nai'vasha and Chanel makeup artist Tyron Machhausen.

To come up with a beauty look, first the the trio first turned to her Acne dress. Beetz loved the romantic, etherial design of the French gray silk gown with a handkerchief hemline. “It has dripping tendrils that float to the ground,” Beetz says to Vogue exclusively. “It made me feel like a moody and slinky jellyfish fairy, so I wanted to emulate that with my hair.”

To echo those jellyfish-like tendrils, Beetz and Nai'vasha decided twists were the perfect look. “Zazie arrived with her classic big fro,” Nai'vasha says. “I did the entire look myself during out glam session, which was a lot of pressure to say the least! But also a lot of fun.”

Makeup was much more low-key. “Because Zazie opted for almost floor-long hear, so we didn’t want to add another dominant element with the makeup," Machhausen says. “We decided to go for a sculpted minimalistic look that is all about fresh, glowy skin.” Some of the products that were used included Chanel's Stylo Yeux Waterproof Long-Lasting Eyeliner in Espresso and Noir Allure Mascara in Noir for “a cool, lived in bohemian kind of look that feels natural but sexy.”
