Description:

17th Century Conquistador Fleur-De-Lis Morion Helmet. Possibly German or Spanish origin. Raised Fleur De Lis on each side with a blacked background. Brass flower washers for liner and three stud mount chin strap. Note: No studs are not flush with pot which indicate liner was present when made. Broad sweeping rolled edge brim with a tall two piece skull and comb also a riveted plume tube affixed at front. Condition: A nice survivor helmet that displays very well. Interior only appears to be lightly sand blasted. One Fleur De Lis edge has stretch cracks at edge.
