Work Description: I had a water leak in my kitchen he did an awesome job to find it when he found the leak he took his time and fixed it right i was pleased in how quick his response was and how he hung in there until the job was done correctly

Work Description: Identify a leaking water source that was doing multiple damage to a floor, carpet and wall, stop the leak in an emergency, and suggest the best prescription for a complete resolution.
Comments: Within seconds of my completing the request for help from the Plumbing Network, the CEO of Star Plumbing was ringing my phone on a Saturday morning at 8 a.m. He asked the problem, took my address, and was at my door within 50 minutes. The diagnosis was a free call.After identifying the problem, he stopped the leak to prevent further water damage
within 10 minutes after his arrival. He then informed me that I needed a new water heater. He gave me a price seperating the labor from the parts an gave me a total. I felt I could get my own
parts from Lowes and he was agreeable tto this. He allowed me to call, get the part at a price I was willing to pay. He installed the part for the labor he quoted from the start and I had the full problem resolved within 3.5 hours on a Saturday morning. He was efficient, courteous,offered solutions, and cleaned up. He worked steadily. I took his card and now feel that I have a plumbing service that I trust and can count on. This company was outstanding. I will always call them for my plumbing needs. You will not go wrong by selecting this company. Bravo and many thanks for all you did for our home.
