We are proud to announce a new transaction regarding debt issuance in the amount of approximately $2.5 billion! Herzog acted as Israeli counsel to Citigroup, Goldman Sachs Bank, Mizuho, MUFG and PNC Capital Markets LLC as the active joint book-running managers of a $2.5 billion sustainability-linked senior debt offering by Teva Pharmaceuticals Industries. That offering was combined with a tender offer to acquire existing Teva notes.
