We have been talking about the role of #HR in business #transformation FOREVER. Over the years, like me, many business colleagues have asked our HR friends to step up and develop greater leadership in evolving our organisations, beyond their transactional or legal responsibilities. Lots of proposals have been made, little has changed. Truth is: we don't simply need more experts in performance or reward, we need more courage, inspiration, determination to make business better. But that isn't simple. Hence it's with great pleasure that I will be joining Dave Ulrich, Michele Zanini, Sergio Caredda and many other esteemed thought leaders at the #HORIZON summit in Amsterdam this fall. I am fully endorsing Mihaly's ambition and vision to make the session count. Really count. It goes without saying that we have no commercial objective. What unites us is our conviction that more needs to and can be done to create better business. We want to share views, experience and good practices.
