“The addition of a third drilling rig will provide us flexibility to accelerate our activity plan in Vaca Muerta. We forecast to put into production between 4 to 8 wells by year-end, in addition to the 46 previously announced.” said our co-founder and COO Juan Garoby during the official contract signing with Nabors Industries.

Our founder and CEO, Miguel Galuccio, announced today that Vista will be accelerating activity in Vaca Muerta by incorporating a third dedicated drilling rig. We expect this could lead to an upward revision of both our activity and production guidance for 2025.

“We are on track to double our production to 100,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day by 2026. Our 2024 guidance is the first step in this direction, with a 35% yoy production growth and a 23% yoy Adjusted EBITDA growth," stated Miguel Galuccio, Chairman and CEO, reaffirming what was announced during our last investor day in September 2023.
