Congratulations to Dr. Stephanie Ferguson on acquiring the pediatric dentistry practice of Dr. Don Cheatham in Edmond, Oklahoma in September 2021. For over 39 years, Dr. Cheatham proudly served as a pediatric dentist treating infants to adults to special needs and medically compromised patients. His philosophy was always to treat his patients the way he would want to be treated. When it came to retire, Dr. Cheatham wanted to find someone who could carry on that legacy. After being introduced and spending some time with Dr. Ferguson, he was sure she was the right person for the job!
Dr. Ferguson was born and raised in Texas and graduated with a Bachelor of Biomedical Science degree from Texas A&M University. She then went on to complete her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Texas A&M Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, TX. Dr. Ferguson continued her education with a two-year residency at the UT Health Science Center in Houston, receiving her specialty certificate in pediatric dentistry. Since then, Dr. Ferguson has gained valuable experience working closely with infants, children, adolescents, and individuals with special needs at practices in the DFW metroplex. She is committed to providing excellent, comprehensive, and specialized dental care and strives to make her patients and their parents as comfortable as possible. Dr. Ferguson is a happily married mother of three children and enjoys running, going to church and fishing with her family.
