I'm by no way an expert in Crustacea. Therefore I don't dare go further than calling the little creature with the telltale laterally flattened body that found it's way into my sample pot an Amphipod. It was about 15 mm long and did not like it's photo taken. If anybody feels confident, please feel free to add a more precise ID. The last image doesn't show the creature, only the place where I picked it up.
