Conjoined twin Abby Hensel is married to US Army veteran. Watch wedding dance

Abby Hensel, one half of the conjoined twins Abby and Brittany known for their appearance on The Oprah Winfrey Show in 1996, got married in 2021. An article published in Today earlier this week states Abby married Josh Bowling, a nurse and United States Army veteran, three years ago.

The Facebook profile photo of the Hensels is seemingly a picture of their wedding, featuring the conjoined twins in a wedding dress and Bowling in a grey suit, standing before them and holding their hand.

Today reports that the twins are currently working as fifth-grade teachers and live in Minnesota, their birthplace and hometown.

There are photographs on Bowling’s Facebook that show him enjoying ice cream with the twins apart from their holiday pictures.

Here’s a video from 2021 in which the twins are seen dancing with Josh Bowling. The short clip has been going viral after Today reported about their wedding.

Abby and Brittany Hensel are dicephalus conjoined twins who share a bloodstream and all organs below the waist. Abby controls their right arm and leg, while Brittany controls the left.

Abby and Brittany Hensel were born in 1990. At the time of their birth, their parents - Patty and Mike Hensel - chose not to proceed with separation surgery as it was considerably risky. Doctors, in fact, had also indicated that there was little chance the twins would survive the operation.

The conjoined twins gained popularity after starring in the reality series Abby and Brittany.
