Annual Parking Disc
The Annual Parking Disc is now available in digital and paper versions.
The Annual Parking Disc allows you to park for the maximum stay in 11 village car parks and 4hrs in Fletchers Croft, Steyning car park for a fixed price of £20. There is no longer a discount for multiple discs.
- You don’t have to be a Horsham District resident to purchase a disc.
- There is no need to use your disc on a Sunday or Bank Holidays as parking restrictions do not apply.
Prefer to manage your disc online?
This year we are introducing a digital version of the parking disc, which can be managed through a smartphone app or a dedicated website, eliminating the hassle of displaying and maintaining traditional paper discs.
Multiple vehicles can be on one disc but only one vehicle can use the disc at any given time.
Paper discs will continue to have a fixed 12 month period, with an expiration date of 30 June 2025.
The digital disc will be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

You can still pay and display at any of these car parks, but for most rural car park users the Annual Parking Disc offers better value for money.
If you park in one of these car parks for work, it could be worth applying for a long-stay car park season ticket instead.
The current Annual Parking Disc expires on 30 June 2024.
