Silvio Berlusconi's latest girlfriend has discussed the chaotic nature of life at home with the former Italian prime minister, who is 49 years her senior.
Francesca Pascale told Italian newspaper Oggi that people had "taken advantage" of her 77-year-old boyfriend, and that his home was in disarray.
"When I started to live with him I found a situation unacceptable, I just did what had to be done: a bit of cleaning," she told the publication. "In short, there was no woman in the house."

Pascale came to the billionaire media mogul's attention when she was head of the "Silvio, We Miss You" fan club, founded after the prime minister was forced to step down from public office in 2011 at the height of the euro zone financial crisis.
The 28-year-old, who the Italian press has dubbed the "queen" of Berlusconi's Rome residency, said another example of the disorder in Berlusconi's household was that it grossly overpaid for groceries.
"I had to intervene. They paid 80 euros [$108] per kilo of green beans. Do you think it possible?" she asked. "They ordered huge crates of fish—even though everybody knows that he does not like it. He doesn't even like the smell."

Pascale has already appeared on the cover of Italian Vanity Fair with Berlusconi, although this latest interview comes after a crucial week for the politician.
An Italian Senate committee voted to recommend that the center-right leader be expelled from the Senate on Friday, following his conviction for tax fraud in August. There will be a full Senate vote on the issue in the coming weeks.
Berlusconi—who is worth $6.2 billion according to Forbes—owns A.C. Milan soccer club and is the majority shareholder of Mediaset, Italy's largest commercial broadcaster, which he founded in the 1970s.
He has already been married twice. In 2009, his second wife, Veronica Lario, who is 21 years his junior, announced that she wanted a divorce because she was fed up with Berlusconi's infatuation with young women.
