Tickets to the Columbus Monument and its viewing platform in Barcelona for panoramic views of the city from the top. An optional wine tasting experience is also included in the tickets. The Columbus Monument was inaugurated in 1888 as a tribute to Christopher Columbus, the celebrated explorer who disembarked in the port of Barcelona after his return from America.

The viewing platform is at the top the Colom Monument at a height of 60 meters. The lift within the column would take you to the viewing platform. You can have panoramic views of Barcelona city from the platform.

From the viewing platform, you will also be able to see aerial views of the historic landmarks of the city. Towards the north can be seen the historic Gothic Quarter, which is the old city centre, the Santa Maria del Mar bell towers, La Mercè, the Rambla, the Plaça de Catalunya and Gaudí’s Sagrada Família.

Towards the east can be seen the Forum district, the Olympic Marina entrance flanked by the twin towers, Port Vell marina, and the industrial port.

From the platform, you will be able to see the Montjuïc Hill, Montjuïc Castle, and the Royal Shipyards at the foot of the mountain towards south.

Towards the west is the Collserola Natural Park, which is spread across an area of 8,000 hectares, the Collserola Tower, as well as the Tibidabo Amusement Park.

Access to the wine tasting space, the Espai de Vins Mirador de Colom is included in the ticket as an option. You can taste one of the four varieties of cava and wine chosen from the Designation of Origin regions.

An English/Spanish speaking sommelier would tell you the differences between the varieties. A tapa of traditional artisan cheese would be paired with your wine or cava.
