The Lion's Monument was carved out of a stone wall above a glacial pool. The dying lion commemorates the lost lives of Swiss Guardsmen who died during the French Revolution that took place in 1792. While usually filled with tourists, there are a few benches and grassy spots that are incredible for taking a break.

Titlis mountain soars above the Engelberg Valley in central Switzerland, allowing all ages to fly above the clouds from this mountain peak, which sits just over 10,000 feet.
