Sabu has been stirring up controversy on Twitter once again. He posted a vile tweet in response to Taz congratulating Renee Young after she was confirmed as WWE’s first ever permanent female lead on Raw.
We will not reprint the content of the tweet – which has since been removed – all we will say is that it was homophobic, sexist and completely out of line.
This is not the first time that Sabu has caused controversy online this year. In June he posted a distasteful joke about the Chris Benoit double murder/suicide then in July he reacted to the passing of Brian Christopher, Vader and others with more inappropriate jokes.
Renee Young did not comment on the tweet, nor did anyone else from WWE.
