The Nokia 6230's plain-Jane exterior hides a wealth of features, including the best EDGE modem available in a handset.
Nokia 6230 Front
The 6230's keypad is pretty easy to press, although the four-way rocker is rather mushy. The screen is tiny and relatively dim.
Nokia 6230 Back
The VGA camera takes pretty decent pictures, although it has no flash and few options.
Nokia 6230 Memory Card
Remove the battery to uncover the hidden MMC memory card slot.
Nokia 6230 Menu
The icon menu isn't particularly pretty or friendly, but dig down ? there's power there.
Nokia 6230 Music Player
Surprise! This utterly nondescript phone plays MP3s off of its removable MMC memory card.
Nokia 6230 Top
You can see the power button on the top of this Nokia 6230, but you can't see the excellent Bluetooth networking that lets you connect to the Internet at up to 180 kbits/sec.
Nokia 6230 Bottom
The Pop-Port connector on the bottom of the 6230 lets you attach the included wired headset for radio and MP3 listening.
Nokia 6230 In Hand
The Nokia 6230 is a small, relatively light candy-bar phone, and it's pretty comfortable in your hand. Doesn't look like it does much, though.
