Matthias Sala

Matthias Sala is the co-founder and CEO of Gbanga, a location-based and mixed-reality game brand developed by Millform Inc. Matthias also worked as a co-founder for Ambia. In addition, Matthias has experience as a lecturer at HWZ - Hochschule für Wirtschaft Zürich and as the founding Association President of the Swiss Game Developers Association (SGDA). Matthias was also involved in the IGDA Switzerland chapter, serving as the chapter president and co-founder. Matthias co-founded and served on the chapter committee for Mobile Monday Switzerland. Prior to these roles, they were the owner of EXE Software and worked as a research intern at Palo Alto Research Center and a software engineer at Siemens Corporate Technology. Matthias also served as a teaching assistant at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH), Zurich.

Matthias Sala obtained their Master's Degree in Computer Science from ETH Zürich from 2000 to 2006. During their studies, they also participated in a Study Abroad Semester at Stellenbosch University in 2004, focusing on the field of Computer Science.
