I can’t figure out for the life of me why some South Park fans hate Cartman so much that they wish Trey & Matt would just kill Cartman off for good. I get it. Cartman isn’t exactly a likable character but dude, Eric Cartman is what put South Park on the map. It’s thanks to his wild antics and humorous hare-brained schemes that make South Park a long-lasting show to begin with. To quote Chef, Cartman is your friend rather you like it or not!

Can we talk about how cute it is that on the season 17 cover of South Park, we see Cartman giving his bros yellow roses? I looked it up and it turns out that yellow roses symbolize friendship. Cartman’s sweet side is seriously underrated in this fandom.
I’m gonna need you to stop slandering and dragging my girl Wendy (especially in your Style fanfics). Yes, she has made mistakes and been a prick at times but this is South Park. More people need to talk about Eric Cartman being very obviously mentally ill. I don’t care about what edgy “but he’s supposed to be outrageous and funny and bad” fans say, there’s something so interesting and complex about Cartman and how with the right steps he could be a normal little kid who doesn’t do and act how he does. But his mom, which FUCK her bc ive known too many moms just like her, and his environment are Keeping that from him. Someone call cps and get this kid a therapist and someone who gives him genuine attention and care.
