Duane ‘Dog’ Chapman’s daughter accuses him of racism, homophobia, cheating on late wife

Duane “Dog’ Chapman’s daughter, Bonnie Chapman, is airing the family dirty laundry — all of it.

The 22-year-old said in a lengthy Facebook post Tuesday that she was told by her father’s fiancée, Francie Frane, that she wasn’t invited to their wedding because of Bonnie’s “choice to participate in social justice and BLM protests with ‘The System’, and not condemn the streaming platform when they fired my father for using epithets.”

Bonnie joined “The System,” a show focused on social justice that airs on Unleashed TV, in May. Her father’s show on the network, “Dog Unleashed,” was canceled before it even aired over racist and homophobic comments Chapman made “as well as illegal activity during filming,” producers wrote in a statement.

“I have expressed time and time again my ever-growing disappointment in my father’s progression into his old racist ways,” Bonnie’s post continued. “I had forgiven my father after my mother’s death for countless actions that I shouldn’t have.”

Bonnie went on to accuse Dog of cheating on his late wife, Beth Chapman, who died of cancer in June 2019.

“He would cheat on my mom all the time, and I hated him every time he did it, but I forgave him for that because I wanted a relationship with my dad,” adding, “I thought I had only one parent left. I was left with the racist and homophobic parents.”

Bonnie added, “My mother was a shining light in the void. I can no longer watch someone diminish her light with his hatred.”

Bonnie, who is Beth’s daughter with her first husband Keith Barmore, also claimed Dog had an affair with “a friend of my mom’s” while Beth was hospitalized.

She further alleged that Dog “silenced” and “threatened [her] with physical violence” as a child.

But, “I stand for what I believe in firmly, and I think my mother deserves the honor. My father has dishonored my mother in countless ways since her passing.”

Bonnie alleged that Dog has “associated himself” with right-wing megachurch pastor Greg Locke, who “mock-crucified his own son for religious propaganda and spews hate toward LGBTQ people almost constantly in his social media.”

She claims Dog and Frane hold the same beliefs and “travel to right-wing churches attacking gay people and advancing QAnon theories.”

“My life has been threatened on several occasions by QAnon wackos, and my father has sat and made excuses for why he won’t say anything,” Bonnie said. “I’m sorry to speak about the real Duane Chapman for those who loved my mother and loved the man she loved.”

“I said before that I really didn’t know why I wasn’t invited to my dad’s wedding. While I knew he was mad about being fired, he has only himself to blame,” she concluded. “I thought my dad would be man enough to put family first, but it appears that man died with my mother.”

“Bonnie’s allegations are false and a misguided attempt to derail our wedding,” Duane wrote in a statement to Page Six. “I’m not perfect and have made some mistakes. I’m very appreciative of everyone who has spoken out on my behalf including my daughter Lyssa.”

“Sadly, Bonnie and Cecily have been employed by disgruntled former associates with multiple felonies who want revenge at any cost and are attempting to tarnish my reputation.”

“In fact, I met these guys years ago when I was hired to track them down after they jumped bail. Now, they’re allegedly being investigated federally as well as by several state attorneys general according to multiple reports.”

“Please pray for Bonnie and Cecily to be released from whatever hold these people have on them. We love them and pray for them everyday. Despite the sadness we feel at this rift in our family, Francie and I are looking forward to celebrating our wedding next week with the rest of our family and close friends.”
