Gonococcal Salpingitis (low) 141A
Acute salpingitis. The lumen of the fallopian tube is filled with purulent exudate, composed of granulocytes and fibrin. The mucosa is hyperemic, with severe inflammatory infiltrate, mostly granulocytes.
