I was expecting this to not be worth the trip because of the bad reviews. I found they had more items then I expected and there were only a few things missing from pieces like shelves or cushions. Everything was very nice and the discounts were great! We got a medicine (nice wood) cabinet for $68 a tall mirror storage unit for like $150 and a velvet love seat for 740! Def worth our time!!

I've been here 2 times and while there are deals to be had here, the majority of the items are still over-priced. Furthermore, be careful that when you buy something that all of the needed hardware is included. The one thing that I believe to be indisputable is that the quality of the furniture is superb.
Also, you should be perfectly clear that they will not stand behind anything sold at this warehouse as there are NO warrantees.Helpful 12Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Xelyn x.Northern, CA361315Oct 21, 2007First to Review
Still overpriced and the majority of the stuff is either damaged or didn't pass Q.A.
Jeff, yes, I'm talking shit about the company you work for but hell, at least it isn't headquarters...Helpful 7Thanks 0Love this 4Oh no 0 - carmen m.Palo Alto, CA028Aug 10, 2009
Don't waste your time...this sale is so disappointing. The furniture is in bad shape and the prices are still really high. A dresser that had a bite taken out of it on top and was only marked down 30%. We went because we were curious and hoped for a good deal but we expected it to be bad based on the reviews. What we got was a really long car ride to Tracy and a shower curtain--because I needed a consolation prize after making that horrid trek.
We decided to pay full price and buy our bed/dresser at the actual Restoration Hardware store and vowed to avoid furniture outlets/sample sales.Helpful 5Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Alyse B.Tracy, CA010Jul 18, 2009
Only open one weekend per month, you will find severely damaged furniture at only a slight discount here. In fact, I found some of the same items in the catalog (new and in perfect condition) reduced to the same prices found at the warehouse sale where every piece has huge scratches, dents and missing parts. I love the idea of a "warehouse sale" but I have to admit that I was disappointed by the still high prices that were expected for such damaged goods.

We went to the May 2008 sale -- rather disappointed by the prices of the selection. Most items waivered around the 50% off original prices. The previous times people I know have visited, they got things at 90% off or so. Seems like this is rather hit or miss.

I just had my furniture delivered and the Drivers were so professional and careful that they don't cause no damage to my home and I sooo appreciate people that care for others and NOT just to get their Job done.
Their furniture is GREAT and Super Condition! THANK YOU Restoration! I will recommend you to anyone ! :-)Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jenna M.CA, CA010911Nov 16, 2008
This was totally not worth the drive. All the wooden furniture looked like it had been dropped from a balcony and then scratched with a screwdriver--there was not a single table or bed frame that didn't have a giant flaw. I expected a much more even balance among the "discontinued" and "not quite perfect" items--instead, it was all "hasn't seen perfect in ages." I realize the items are at a steep discount--maybe it would work if you're looking to furnish a fresh-out-of-college apartment or a second home. But if you're looking for quality, nice-looking furniture at a deal, you're not going to find it here.
