So this might not be the most *beautiful* illustration I’ve ever done, but it’s my first professional scientific illustration and I’m happy about it!!! It’s a tunicate (sea quirt) larva with it’s nervous system inside drawn for a professor working at the Georgia Institute of Technology. It was difficult to figure out the placement of everything inside this organism that I had no idea about previously, but I’m really proud of it. Science is really important to me (especially in this particular day and age) so I hope I can do more scientific illustration in the future.
