Abstract
Malignant neoplasias involving the penis are rare, and the majority is represented by squamous cell carcinomas (SCC). The incidence rates of penile SCC vary among different populations, with the highest rates seen in developing countries of the African and South American continents. In addition, the penis can also be affected by neoplasias that originate outside the organ (i.e., metastatic carcinomas). This Chapter reviews SCC and metastatic disease that may affect the male genitalia.
