Suitable for Full Custom and Light: HAYABUSA Custom
K-FACTORY's HAYABUSA
The 3rd generation Suzuki Hayabusa was announced in February 2021, and sales in Japan began in April. K-Factory produced this form of the 3rd generation Hayabusa Custom, which can be called almost a full custom, in just one week after its release, after intensive measurement work and study of part shapes. In addition to the aforementioned K-Factory developed parts, the bike also features front and rear suspension, carbon front fenders, and other features to make it more attractive when viewed as a single custom machine.
Both Hayabusa fans and custom fans will be interested in the "Titanium Dual Full Exhaust System (Hexagon Silencers)." The first appearance of this exhaust had the same layout as the stock one, with the two exhaust pipes creating a slim silhouette that matched the chassis. At the same time, it makes a powerful appearance, and with its high-quality gold finish, it became a coveted part.
Handle
The "Top Bridge Set (with clip-ons)" includes a machined top bridge with a hollowed-out design that creates a direct feel of control and visual lightness, 210mm-long clip-on handlebars, and machined aluminum clamps. Their angles can be adjusted from 0 to 8 degrees, with 10 degrees pullback angles. The bar is set 6mm lower than stock at an 8 droop angle.
The fork offset of the NC-machined top bridge is the same as the stock value. New billet bar ends and lever guards are also by K-Factory.
Intake & Exhaust
This titanium full exhaust can be installed on the stock pillion step, as shown in the photo. Of course, it accomodates the stock steps as well.
Engine
The Radiator Core Guard and Oil Cooler Guard Set are made of etched stainless steel and precision honeycomb mesh. In the photo, the R type is installed.
Chassis
The "Riding Rearsets" are precisely machined from super duralumin. The bar position can be selected from four patterns in stock. The pedal position from the bar can also be adjusted by 5mm forward and backward.
The front forks have been replaced with Ohlins inverted forks, and the front fender has been replaced with a carbon part made by Magical Racing. The "front axle cap" made of machined duracon with K-FACTORY logos, and aluminum base "front axle slider" are casually installed.
The "Oil Filler Cap C-type", made of machined aluminum are fixed with stainless steel engine bolts by K-factory.
The "Link Rods," made of 7075 aluminum alloy for high strength and light weight, is a bolt-on design that simply replaces the stock parts. The rod length can be adjusted from -6 to +18mm compared to the stock part. The riding height can also be adjusted with them. This part can be used not only 3rd generation model but also old models.
The front sprocket cover is also machined from aluminum to create a bold image on the left side of the bike. The clutch release attached to the front is also made by K-Factory. The "Change Shaft Holder" is also provided on the underside of the cover to support the change shaft for precise shifting.
