I have lived several years both in Japan and in the United States, obtaining my IB at one of the best schools in New York. I also attended Sarah Lawrence College in New York and the Faculty of Foreign Languages and Literature at the University of Turin. In April 2018 I enrolled at eCampus University, Faculty of Arts, where I graduated in European and Global Languages ​​and Cultures in May 2020, with 107/110.
Having had the opportunity to travel widely thanks to my father's position, one of the top managers of a large Turin-based multinational company, I had the privilege of being exposed to many different cultures. I am totally bilingual and have dual citizenship (British and Italian).
In addition to teaching English, my work experience includes executive secretary duties, interpreter and translator functions, with registration at the Turin Chamber of Commerce in the role of Registered Translator, and the use of different hardware and software systems as a graphics designer.
My background and my adaptability have taught me to love travel and given me the ability to appreciate the intrinsic nuances of the different cultures that I have the opportunity to meet.
I am currently working as Contract Lecturer at the CLA-ELT, the eCampus University University's Language Center "Excellence in Linguistic Training". It is a permanent center for teaching, research and linguistic services aimed at internal and external students of the University which collaborates with national and international universities and research structures.
My role is that of Expert Language Tutor, and concerns the planning, creation and teaching of General English and LanguageCert English courses, at A1-C2 levels, within the University.
I also collaborate with Quanta-British Institutes, where I work as a teacher in business courses and where I am contributing to the creation of some English language projects.
I am also the holder of the chair of SCIENTIFIC ENGLISH at the Turin branch of the Università Cattolica (Istituto Piccola casa Divina Provv. Cottolengo - Turin), Faculty of: MEDICINE AND SURGERY "A.GEMELLI", Degree course: NURSING AND MIDWIFE SCIENCES .
