In a few words….

Microsoft has been the bane of my existence for longer than I care to remember. As a writer and author, I spend a good third of my time wrestling with the myriad of flaws in MS Word. It is frustrating, annoying and a negligent waste of my time.

In addition, there is NO means by which one can contact Microcrp to complain about these issues--apart from a very limited drop-down-menu-type correspondence, which has no "complaints" or "feedback" option.
