best astilbe ever!
The plants arrived very quickly and were in very good shape and were very healthy! I planted them right away. They won't bloom for a while, but I know that it will be great when they do bloom.

Astilbe 'Fanal' : An excellent all-dark cultivar, this mid-height astilbe carries full and narrow dark-maroon plumes above deep-green foliage.
Prefers shade to partial shade and fertile, moist soil. Adequate moisture is important, although this cultivar is more tolerant of drought and sun than other astilbes. Excellent plants for borders, containers, the shade garden and edges of ponds. Good cut flower. Hardy in zones 4-8. Height: 12-18 inches. Prefers sun or part-shade.
